The service is friendly but the store is not very well-kept. Test products are regularly damaged, missing, or completely out and the makeup removal/tissue stations are never stocked, so bring your own makeup wipes. Clearance items are never clearly marked either.
I had black cherry box dye in my hair for years and decided I wanted to go grey, went to Ulta and Lizette R managed to pull all the black and red out of my hair in one appointment! She did an amazing job and I was able to walk out with the grey hair that I wanted. I will definitely recommend Lizette she is amazing!!
