Update: Ruth contacted me to inform me that her phone at the shop and her cell phone had even hacked. Ruth was very nice and personable and even delivered beautiful flowers to my friend free of charge for the trouble I had gone through. Highly recommend!!! I ordered flowers for a friends birthday which she never received. Then fraudulent activity on the card I used to pay the florist over the phone. Florist will not answer the phone nor return messages via social media.
