CJ and Lorraine were phenomenal technicians. They came here as their last call of the evening and it was already dark and very cold. It took them about hour and a half to diagnose the situation which ended up being serious. The thoroughness and dedication of both of them to solve the problem was remarkable. They kept me informed in excellent detail every step of the way. If I could give them more than an A+ review, I would. Thanks to both of them.

My technician was EARLY instead of late, which I really appreciated. Called on a Monday had an appointment for Wednesday. Came with all the tools and parts needed to fix my pool heater. He did such an amazing job that I subscribed to the maintenance plan for my pool heater and A/C. I would highly recommend Thorpe Heating & Cooling.

Best HVAC experience we have ever had. All the technicians are top notch and always on time and very helpful. The staff on the telephones are also very helpful as well.
