I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Luis and Leo. They did an outstanding job, and my air conditioner is now running perfectly.
There are a lot of AC companies in Central Florida, but this is one I would absolutely recommend. Luis and Leo were very professional, well-mannered, and worked efficiently from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in their work and made sure everything was done right.

After two other on-site quotes, I was referred to Thorpe. The on-site evaluation (a system rep and a service tech both came) was way more thorough than the others, and we felt much better informed to make a decision. Our system rep (Robby) was a pleasure to work with and learn from. After a few days of additional on-line research, equipped with HVAC knowledge from Robby, we ended up purchasing a system through Thorpe that we felt met all our needs. Installers (Leo & Louis) had it completely installed in one day and left no trace of mess - they were super friendly and explained exactly what they were doing - yet we hardly heard them working.
