After two other on-site quotes, I was referred to Thorpe. The on-site evaluation (a system rep and a service tech both came) was way more thorough than the others, and we felt much better informed to make a decision. Our system rep (Robby) was a pleasure to work with and learn from. After a few days of additional on-line research, equipped with HVAC knowledge from Robby, we ended up purchasing a system through Thorpe that we felt met all our needs. Installers (Leo & Louis) had it completely installed in one day and left no trace of mess - they were super friendly and explained exactly what they were doing - yet we hardly heard them working. Service with a newer technician named Jaime Lopez. He had a great personality but he also is exceptional at what he does. He checked everything from inside to outside and kept me informed all along the way.
