I brought my daughter and 4 of her cousins here for here 6th birthday party. The lady in charge ended up being very nice but the rest of the staff seemed like they were mad at us the whole time. They were doing manicures and pedicure for two 3 year olds, two 6 year olds, and a 12 year old… you’d think they’d be friendly, smile, and at least try and carry on a conversation with children. I took my girls here for one of her birthdays. The place is super cute; the lady who speaks Spanish, I forgot her name, she was really nice and attentive, it looked like she was the one holding the place together compared to the rest of the staff. They have a background setup that they change every month, I was told, so if you want to go for a birthday celebration, you can not pick the theme, but it is really cute I have to say. They have a small area to play with legos while the wait, so that's a plus. They took forever doing their hair because it is definitely time-consuming.
