Stanley Steemer recently cleaned my area rug and off-white modular sofas. While everything initially looked great, a few light discoloration spots remained once the furniture dried. I contacted customer service to address the issue, and they responded promptly by sending a team back to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
This level of accountability and commitment to quality speaks highly of the company. The sofas now look excellent, and I’m very satisfied with both the results and the professionalism of their customer service.
