I moved to this cleaners due to the convenience of where it was between work and home. This week I brought in 2 suits, one having a heafty amount of blood on it. I picked the suit up the very next day and there was no difference in the piece. I commented to the employee behind the counter and got a very vague answer back, didn't care, didn't want to deal with it. I will add, I understand there is a sign that states they can't guarantee getting stains out. The following is why I am complaining. This is a great dry cleaner, fast and perfect. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is PRICE, They are TWICE the price of another close bye.I bring my dress clothes, Suits delicate items for the Mrs. Day to day polos I bring to the other folks.If you want it done right GO HERE.

I must say I go to $1.99 cleaner on 98 and they are nice people but not good dry cleaners. I just tried this dry cleaners and must say they are certainly not $1.99 they do a great job. For me it`s you don`t get what you don`t pay for. I will be going here for now on.
