I am recommending Servpro of Lakeland due to the excellent assistance we received by Robert Lay. He arrived at the appointed time, was friendly and listened well to our concerns and questions about mildew in our home. He explained in understandable language what they do and as much information as was needed for us to realize the Servpro service is more than we require. He didn’t just leave it at that. Even though we were not going to use them he told us some things to do to clean the mildew and then possible ways to mitigate future issues. We had a really bad water leak that filled our cabinets and walls with water and these guys came out same day and were completely professional and successful in the remediation. The price was good and we were even able to save the cabinets! Great work Servpro, I would recommend 🙏
