My regular vet had no available appointments. I was referred to this office. They were very accommodating and got him in quickly. Visits have been great. My dog was very agitated with an ear infection. There were wonderful. They explained the issues, the treatment, and the associated costs. On the follow up visit they took my dog to the back office (he is very protective of me). I heard them talking so sweetly to him. It was absolutely genuine, they were talking to him like he was their own pet. It made me feel wonderful. Would 100% recommend them and will continue to use them as my primary vet.
I took my fur baby to this hospital and I tell you the staff is amazing they showed my baby so much love I was able to get a lot of things done I was able to leave him there in the procedure that was done i give them a 10 out of 10 I am truly satisfied I will be making this place for all Nico medical needs thank you so much to the entire staff that was hands on with Nico thank you so much….
This place is a breathe of fresh air! They helped me so much when my regular vet priced her treatment triple what this place charged me. She had a huge hematoma on her ear. She was in so much pain for 2 weeks. My heart was breaking for her. I already paid over $300 at my old vet with no resolve. Told me it wasn't in a good place for a drain and needed expensive surgery. When I had already told them that I didn't have a lot of money. Saddle creek got us in the same morning that I called and worked with the money that I had to put the drain in.
