Fantastic experience. From the office staff on the west coast to the techs in Florida everyone was very Customer Service oriented and bent over backwards to make drop off and pick up a Breese. Extremely competitive too.
Richard goes the extra mile to ensure the work is done to perfection! The facility offers 50 amp electric power for staying overnight while the windshield cures! The facility is clean, orderly and the workmanship is excellent! We had a windshield installed for our Newmar coach and it looks like it was installed by Newmar! Thank you Richard and staff for going the extra mile!
I used Go Glass for the install. They were on time and did a good job (met up with me while on our trip). Unfortunately, within 45 minutes of being back on the road (after giving the window 48 hours to setup), we were driving down the highway and th window just cracked down the middle. No bump, no curve/turn, no rocks, just a straight away and the glass cracked. Installer is not taking responsibility and says that Coach Glass is also not taking responsibility. We just finished a 7000 mile trip with zero issues (until I misleveled causing the initial glass to crack) so it’s either install error or glass malfunction. Unacceptable for what we paid.
