Came to this location because my parents live in Lakeland. I go in to get a nail removal and a new pink and white set. My mother gets a regular mani pedi which she liked but didn't love. The lady doing my nails wasn't very pleasant and kept asking me why I kept glueing my nails down when they broke... mind you I just flew to Florida to see my parents and I broke one and glued it back on but had all intentions on getting a new set done. She didn't talk much and they kept talking to each other and not to the customers. The prices where insane. They do a really good job, best nail place around here. Holly is great, does a great job, I always have her do my nails. Definitely better to have an appointment. Place is really nice inside and clean

I will only allow one nail tech to do my nails here at this salon. Have tried all the other ones and they do not know what they are doing as far as experience or understanding other nationalities when spoken to them. But, I have never had a problem with this lady(Ms.Sue), she has always treated me good, made my nails & toenails look beautiful for any occasion that I needed at the time. Has done my brows and waxed my lip too. Went in on a day that she wasn't there, in a emergency for a event, but the guy that did my pedicure did such a bad job. He better be glad that I gave him what he charged, which I still believe he charged me wrong, but definitely did not get any kind...read full review
