Rare Touch Hair Palace is a very professional salon with talented stylists that are dedicated too your hair care needs. Inside the shop is decorated with homely decor. The relaxing aroma therapy helped me settle into the environment. Flat screen T.V. clean restrooms, easy too access location, great energy. I 100% recommend this B.O.B. for all of your hair care needs. If you are starting fresh on your loc journey, ask for master loctician Ms. Courtney. There are barbers on set as well.
