John is absolutely amazing!!! This is the 2nd time we got to enjoy his service! He was here at 2 (our quote time was 2-4) was able to quickly find the issue (dirty condenser coil) \\u0026 fix it!! (Note to self: Stop skipping yearly maintenance.) Happy Customers for 10+ years!

Our AC went out overnight. I called Randolph’s first thing in the morning and they were able to get John to my house by noon. John identified the issue before he even looked at the unit. Not only did he know the issue, he suspected a short in the wiring outside. He went out and found the short immediately. He replaced the fuse and was on his way. As he was leaving, he noticed that the outside unit was making a terrible noise. He went back at it and found that the short had blown a board and out thermostat. Couldn't recommend them enough! Bob discovered some MAJOR issues and took the time to explain it to me. He even offered to speak with the electrician so he could relay what needed to be done, because it was a lot. They definitely look out for you and do honest, quality work! They have great promotions and pricing as well.
