Great customer service. Everyone I talked to was super nice. Steven came out to fix my issue. He talked to me about what was going on with my air conditioner. He immediately got to work. He was very honest and upfront with cost and with what was causing the problem. He fixed the issue and did a great job. And the cost was very affordable. Super nice guy. Our A/C stopped working during the current heat wave and being new to the area and not having personal knowledge of or a relationship with any HVAC companies we selected Price Busters after reading some of the positive reviews of the company. We are extremely happy with our decision! Brandon (service technician) texted when he was on his way and was very helpful and professional in explaining what he was doing and why while he determined what was wrong with our system. Fortunately, it was a part that he had in his van, and he was able to get us back up running in no time! Yesterday, first time issue down here, our A/C gave out. The temp in the house rose to 84° yesterday - just awful, especially after having spent all DAY in the sun! The blower was blowing, but no cool air whatsoever was coming out.
