I am having nothing but a smooth ride being treated at physicians group in Lakeland everyone is very professional and helpful. I’m not the brightest and Dr. Hector Ramos explains how I can minimize my back and neck pain and will adjust how it’s explained to help me understand .Hector Ramos is great and funny making you feel like family as well as the others working at this location. Nothing better than a comfortable environment while being treated for an issue you have. After a serious injury in a car accident, my mother ended up needing a neurology specialist. Physicians Group was able to connect us with an amazing doctor who took the time to explain what our next steps were. Her recovery is going fantastic and I truly believe it’s thanks to the amazing care she is getting.
There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am for them! During a terrible time, they were there for the whole recovery process. They were excellent with communication and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way.
