Paula Aponte was an excellent real estate agent for us. She answered all of our questions and kept us on track through the process. Working with her made the whole experience much less stressful.
Let me tell you about Paula! She is amazing, from the start she was willing to conduct research and find out additional information about the HOAs for the investment property I was interested in. She was always quick to reach out to the sellers agent with questions and concerns I had. To top it off, during the walk through visit while the inspection was being conducted, Paula offered to drop my escrow funds to the title company because she knew I was on lunch break and needed to get back to work.
