I am always happy with my telemed Dr visits here. The office staff is highly efficient with everything from scheduling appointments to medication refills to working out insurance kinks. When I reach out to them via text they always respond promptly. I feel like I matter to them and I'm not just a patient. Providers are very caring, professional, and personable. I always have a pleasant experience/interaction with anyone at OPA:)
