10 out of 10 recommmend LIVE Hydration Spa Lakeland! This is such a hidden gem that I wish more people knew about. Christina was my RN and was so nice! The reclining heated massage chair and the pillow make the whole experience even better. The place was so nice, clean and everyone was so welcoming! I got the Pizzaz IV bag with toradol for some inflammation I was having. I also did the detox foot bath which was satisfying. Today I feel 1000x better! I’ve already booked an appt for my husband for this morning too!

After a visit to the ER because I couldn’t stop vomiting for two days and getting an IV at the ER, them sending me home telling me hydrate as I’m still vomiting I knew I needed more hydration to get to a point mt body would stop. I called right away in the morning and spoke to VERY friendly and knowledgable staff! They reassured me they could help and they would get me in as soon as I could drive over. I never once felt pressured into anything extra, they went over all my options, and then the nurse also explained they were able to help with my vomiting if I was okay with that.
