We had our home built in 2019 and the builder used Liberty to install the septic. We went to have our tank pumped for preventative measures last week and the lid was stuck. We called and spoke to the office, they said they would come look at it as they installed it. Jerry came out on his own time, without any expectation for payment, got it unstuck then seen that the tank did not even need to be pumped! So that saved us $400, but he noticed the filter fitting was cracked and needed a riser installed. He gave us a new lid and came out to put in a riser as well!
