We’ve used Lawn Rescue for years. I think they have a new owner. Their service has gotten awful! We pay to have them come every week, but often they don’t show up without any communication. We’ve tried to call, email, message and never get a response. Their phone number is now disconnected and we can’t even contact them to fire them. DO NOT USE THEM!

They started out great, then the quality started to decline and the number of visits lessened per month and the shrub trimming (which was an extra charge) was being skipped and none of the weeding was being done. The last time they were here we brought up our issues and he swore he would make it right the next visit, but they never returned. They just completely disappeared and their numbers are no longer in service.

The absolute worst! Trying to fire them but they won’t answer emails and both numbers they have listed are out of service. They don’t come every week like we’ve been paying for they come at most once a month. It’s awful.
