Dr Zaides is one of the best primary care physicians ive ever had. Hes patient and listens to your concerns and his staff are kind and caring from front desk to nurse to physician they make a dr appointment a pleasant experience
Had bloodwork done at Gateway. Was called in 15 mins past my appointment time, just one technician taking two patients at a time. Have concerns about mistakes happening, including personal information being blurt out in the open. She was not rude, but with basic institutional personality. Just need to have one technician to a patient at a time. Chairs in waiting area are worn out! Receptionist kept coughing.
Visited recently for excessive carpel tunnel pain that erupted out of no where. Was during the night. From the front desk, to security, to the nurses, to the x-ray technician, to the physician I received swift, thorough, and compassionate care. I left in a little more than an hour free from pain, with a brace, and the RX I need to continue to heal. The facility is very well equipped it seems for any emergency. I will definitely go there again should I need to.
