Lakeland Dental Center is a professional, courteous, and wonderful family-oriented practice. The staff treats patients with kindness, patience, respect, compassion, and love, creating a feeling of safety. The whole staff is wonderful and warm and welcoming. The practice is not greedy and tries to save patients money with good suggestions. Many patients have severe dental phobia from past traumatic experiences and had avoided the dentist for many years. The team addresses this fear directly with a supportive "no need to worry, we're here to help you" vibe. They provide hand-holding and make every effort to ensure appointments are as pain-free and comfortable as possible, even for extensive treatment plans. The dentists are excellent and capable, taking time to explain problems and solutions thoroughly. They handle serious and numerous dental issues, assuring patients it is nothing they cannot fix. The practice has its own on-site lab, allowing for crowns to be made and ready in hours, not months. They also teach proper oral care to maintain results. Patients report life-changing outcomes: no more toothaches or infections, healthy gums, and teeth that look great. They regain the ability to chew with all their teeth and smile confidently. The consistent experience leads to high recommendation, with long-term patients of 20 and 30 years stating they never feel the need to go anywhere else for dental care.
I can't recommend Lakeland Dental Center enough! This will be long, but I really want to stress how great this place is.Like so many people, I’ve always had a severe phobia of dentists. As a kid, I unfortunately didn't learn the proper way to care for my teeth. We were very poor and rarely went to a dentist. We only went if we were in pain and something was already wrong. This meant every visit was traumatic, and we saw some mean dentists! As time went on, my fear grew and my teeth got worse. I relocated to Lakeland over 30 years ago and needed to find a new dentist. Dr. Farag was recommended by a family member and I've seen him every 6-mos. since! As a side note, as I was growing up, my uncle was a dentist and my mother was a dental assistant, so I have an idea of what a good dentist should be. I have never felt the need to see ANYONE other than Dr. Farag for my dental needs. It's a family practice and Nadia (Dr. Farag's wife) is always warm and welcoming as soon as you enter the lobby. Over the years, I've watched the son, Mark, grow up and complete dental school, then become a very capable partner himself. You can't go wrong with this family combination.
A wonderful family oriented practice. They treat you with so much compassion and love. They try to save you money with good suggestions. Not a greedy practice, the staff love their patients. Would highly recommend them. I have been a patient for 20 years and will never switch to another dentist.
