I have used John K9 2 times for boarding and a few daycare days and have been overall pleased. If any concerns or issues you feel as a pet owner, John makes you feel valued and heard to help figure out what any issues may have been. I had a few minor hiccups and John was quick to reach out via personal phone call and we got it all resolved. My pup is always so excited to get there and seems to enjoy himself based on the photos I receive when he is boarded. Their hours are great for pick up and drop offs as well. That is my biggest positive. I love leaving my puppy knowing he will have playtime with other pups and human interaction for one price and for extended hours compared to various kennels.
I had worked with Roscoe, my Blue Heeler from day one at 11 weeks. He caught on to everything quickly! However, Roscoe is burdened with anxiety, through no fault of his own. We met with John and were encouraged he could help relieve his anxiety and help him enjoy life. We enrolled him in the day camp program. John and Arianna go out of their way to make it possible for us to get him there daily. Roscoe is so excited to go to school and is transitioning into the sweetest boy. He always was, but his anxiety got in the way. He feels secure, confident and happy. He has learned so much. I totally recommend John K9 for any of your dog’s training needs. My pup started training here at 14 weeks after he was fully vaccinated. He started daycare shortly after. He had learned when I open my car door he is going to "school" and gets so excited. When we arrive at school he is super eager to get inside. When he was 3 months old we had to board him. I was so nervous to leave my new sweet baby and wondered if he'd forget me. Ash sent me text updates and pictures which put me at ease. I am so thankful for this place!
