I had the pleasure of getting my hair fixed up by Ray (no longer works there sadly), he was personable and professional. Lots of compliment on my hair. It will be difficult to replace him.

For sales prices, they sure were overpriced! Not impressed at all. Plus the whole store just seemed dirty, and grungy. Doors locked, I guess so no one can steal and run who knows. Then no hand sanitizer anywhere! That's gross! Covid May so called be "over" but we like to be able to grab a squirt of sanitizer. Nice thing about coming here, was the associate she was really nice. Ooh and their towels there were decent priced, but all else! Whoaa those "sales" prices.

I made an appointment with Mayra for the second time because I liked her work. But it seems like there was a problem between her and her supervisor named Erica. And I think Erica was very unprofessional about it. Erica came by my chair twice during my visit and stared. I don't know if she was watching Mayra's work but as a customer, her hovering made me very uncomfortable. If she had a problem with Mayra, she should have handled it on their own time and not in front of a customer. Mayra's work was excellent both times I have gone to her. She knows how to treat a client and makes them feel comfortable.
