I’ve had their quarterly service since January 2023 and have found it to be beneficial. Dean services our community and he always so kind when I see him, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a sudden an infestation a couple months back and Dean was able to pinpoint the entry and confirm it was due to my neighbors who are perpendicular to me that were building a pool and basically disrupted the unground network. Between the indoor and outdoor treatment our issue was resolved in about 4-5 days and we’ve been fine ever since.
