Beyond rude and not professional. Simply asked him if he could do granules around the house immediately fired back stating that he knows what he’s doing and if I’m going to tell him what to do he would just leave and not do a service. Completely unprofessional.

The owner Phil did our termite inspection when we bought our home over 20 years ago, we have not let him go ever since. Once you meet him you will understand, he is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever it takes to fix your problem. Over the years we’ve got to know each other and he is very professional, a super father and friend.He has never had to make a return visit to make any corrections from a previous service call.

We’ve been using Home and Garden about 8 years now and have seen almost no pests in that time! Phil has always been prompt, professional, and able to answer and identify any pest questions we’ve had.
