They could not fix my issues without a expensive fee. Although I am a Total Member, the service charges would have been higher than what I could afford. I had to purchase other merchandise. This will probably be my last year using Geek Squad. The yearly membership is quite expensive, not to cover what is needed. I have been a member for about 10 years or more.

Put in my new Car Radio free and am loving it. Very fast and easy and called me to let me know that there will be cracking before processing to do it and purchasing of the new part.

I recently went in and upgraded to 179.99 total tech membership due ti me buying pc parts and head sets and just the installation services I was told a lot of different things in terms of what comes with plan and never got a clear answer just a lot of inconsistency in terms of what plans or installation services they have at Best Buy till I had this amazing and kind and very intelligent and smart geek squad member his name was “Chad” he actually walked out from behind the desk which they typically do and helped me recommend what parts would be good with my gaming pc and I just had say he was the most awesomest person there and made sure I was taken care accordingly... read full review
