Conflicting information between store products/services.and no individual store contact for repair services. Main contact number was very difficult to understand and told me I had to go to each store to verify products available, referencing stores all over the state.
I went to Best Buy to purchase a flip phone. I am 74 years old and technology is too confusing for me, The young lady who helped me, her name is Darelys, went out of her way to make this easy for me. She was the only one in this department and as trying to help 3 other people. She never lost her cool and was able to help all of us including my sister who purchased a fit bit. I have purchased printers, tv's, movies, ink cartridges and now a phone. I have always had good service and certainly come back. Thank you Darelys!
Came here today to get my son the new Nintendo Switch Pokemon Violet game for Christmas since someone got him the Switch for Christmas. They had moved the game from the Switch aisle to up front, so I asked them to hold it for me because I wanted to look around the store for anything else that may pique my interest. I did happen to find The Quarry on sale for the PlayStation 4. It's been 40+ anytime I have looked at GameStop. So I grabbed that too. I looked at the Fitbit watches again since I had just purchased my Versa at my local Best Buy. I also looked at the Google Nest displays since I just got the 2nd gen one. It was $10 dollars cheaper than I had purchased it at. I may upgrade to the Nest hub max next year. I looked at the cameras and checked out the Google Pixel phones they had also. I also looked at smart lights. I ended up just purchasing the two games. But this store was clean and easy to find things I was looking for.
