My experience with Flooring Outlet was excellent. From the owner, Jeremy, to the installers was seamless. Jeremy took his time to make sure we got the flooring we wanted and even though a part of the order wasn't available, he pull strings to get all the product we needed. Their was a mix up on the installation date and Lee, the owner of Those Floor Guys (installers) brought in extra guys to get the job done on the date promised and it was an excellent job. I can't say enough about this company.
