I was searching for a myofascial and deep tissue massage therapist in Lakeland and found Carmen. I’ve had two sessions with her so far, including one with cupping focused on my neck and upper back. I deal with chronic pain regularly, and after my first session I already noticed a significant decrease in discomfort. Carmen is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and also provided helpful tips and stretches I can do at home between sessions. I’m looking forward to continuing treatment with her and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapeutic massage work.

Carmen is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, talented, and professional. My massage was amazingly relaxing and I felt totally at ease. The studio space is lovely, calming, and clean. In addition to giving you an incredible massage, Carmen also takes the time to ask questions and listen so that she can better help you. Her thoughtfulness and care is apparent in her work.
