Carmen was very lovely. This was only my second massage ever and she made it feel very comfortable. She explained what she’d focus on in the deep tissue massage and listened to my concerns about where I hold a lot of tension. It was very relaxing and that’s coming from a person who finds it nearly impossible to relax my body. She was very considerate of the amount of pressure she was using on my really tight areas and made sure she was never making it uncomfortable for me. I have very tight shoulder and neck so I will definitely come back to keep getting massages with Carmen.
Carmen is amazing
Her greatest attribute is her ability to listen to your concerns and adapt her processes to meet your needs for that day .
Pain changes and she focuses on that .
She also gives you some good feedback on how you can help yourself in the interim
10 out of 10!
Carmen was excellent. She really went out of her way to make sure she did everything she could to help with the issues I was having. She took the time to read through my comments beforehand, asked follow-up questions, and made sure she fully understood what was bothering me before getting started. I never felt rushed, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping me feel better. She even took extra time afterward to give me information on exercises and stretches I can do at home to continue working on the problem. Great experience at Flex and Flow Massage. I’ll definitely be going back.
