Two years ago we utilized Creative Coach for a minor collision repair of our 2019 American Coach - their work was outstanding! In May we decided to have them redo the interior seats and furniture due to the poor quality of the original coverings. Once again, their work was exceptional!!! Nicole saw that we had a written estimate and kept us informed as the work progressed. They once again were the consummate professionals with the work. Not only is their work exceptional, they are thoughtful. The sweltering day of our pick-up, they had turned on the generator and AC to make our trip home more comfortable!

Creative Coach diagnosed and fixed my hydraulic slide issues on a 02 Country Coach. I had gone to 3 other, more local, RV repair shops who were not able to fix it. They found 2 leaking cylinders which were replaced. Nichole kept us informed and was often on the phone with the parts supplier to ensure parts were shipped. Seems like everyone has a supply issue.
