Artis had some excellent products and designs and the owner came by to work out a fantastic design for us and our new kitchen. Sadly the timing didn't work out for us, but I appreciate how he took an extensive amount of time and effort to get us the best deal and products for our budget.

An Honest assessment of our experience* Finished product looks great* Project contracted and deposit provided July 2021* Started project 10/20/2021* Finished Project 03/26/2022* Communication - Horrible at best, weeks went by with zero communication; 95% of the communication was initiated by me the customer*Demanded payment in full at the start of the construction*Demanded additional funds to resume project as the counter top ran more than allowance for in contract, I have no issue with additional cost, but I do have an issue with the demand that they would not order the counter top without the additional funds paid.*Ended up going to the supplier of the countertop direct...read full review

Ended up going to the supplier of the countertop direct because Artis was not being transparent; Supplier DID NOT require payment upfront. Craftsmanship was good, all functionality paid for was delivered. Although Artis was contracted to do so, I have to do all the floor tile work required. Although Artis was contracted to do so I have to do the new plumbing connections that were required.
