I was not a very happy customer when Todd arrived to my home since I had another employee from All Pro out in May, but Todd was and is very professional, friendly, and thorough. He made sure that I knew what he was doing and explained everything to me and made sure I understood. He made sure I was staisfied with the job before he left.
