My overall experience was 4/5 when encompassing the whole process. However. My experience with the nurse and with Melinda Short-Russel was absolutely phenomenal and I give those 2 people 5/5!

Dr. Kristen Crumpton and her staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a caring dermatologist. I was greeted by her sweet assistant Dawn who was very thorough to seeing what my concerns were and why I was there before Dr Kristen came in the room. Dr. Kristen was very professional and truly cared about my care. From the first time you meet her and see her beautiful smile, she puts you at ease with her concerns for your health. Kristen (sorry if that's not spelled right) was great. I came here because I saw many reviews say how she took the time to address every concern and she did not disappoint. I have not been to a dermatologist so I came with a LIST of questions and she was so kind and addressed every single one and never made me feel like a burden - although I know at the end I was probably annoying even. Regardless, I am very happy with the care I received for my skin care and abnormal mole. Thank you so much.
