Based on the reviews, 1-Tom-Plumber Lakeland is a family business with a quick response time. Ricky came through for a customer taking on an outdoor pipe leak in a hurry. The company has great customer service and professionalism. Ricky was a kind and professional technician who saved the day fixing another company's shotty install. They showed up when they said they would and did everything as they said. Ricky was friendly, answered all questions, and offered suggestions. He is very nice and professional, fixing issues in no time. Howdy supported from start to finish. Customers recommend them and will use them in the future.
Service Tech showed up right on time, with a call ahead to verify. Rickey was great. He repaired the leak, replaced the disposal unit in near record time. Price was realistic. And I was very appreciative of the professional treatment, appointment setting, estimate, and completed work. Thanks 1-Tom team!
