I have been donating items to the Vets for the last past 5 years! I love helping the VETS, but there pick-up systems is horrible. And, when you talk to the Reps on the phone, trying to locate the people, who's supposed to pick up the items. They are very rude!!! This is my 5th and last time!!!!!
I forgot to put the items out for pickup. I got a rude phone call from the office. Maybe a appt reminder might be in order. Regardless no more donations from my family to this place.
Great, convenient service. I've never had issues with items being picked up. The website will list acceptable items. Since the pandemic it appears they do not have the staff to help with larger items. Either way, I'm happy to help our veterans! Thank you VVA for making this so easy.
