Donna, from Paul Bange Roofing, called me today to ask if my mother had completed the replacement of the roof they quoted several months ago. I told her my mother has not moving forward on that project, yet.
What a nice call. Paul Bange Roofing did full roof replacement on two homes I had in Boynton Beach - one was barrel tile, the other was concrete tile.
Both roofs were done professionally. The workers were great, and the roofs have been trouble-free.
This is a reputable firm. No doubt about it.

I am so thankful for finding Paul Bange Roofing! I had a big leak in my roof & it was on the weekend after hours! I couldn't get a hold of any roofing company & no one was returning my calls! I saw that your company said 24/7 so with desperation I called! To my surprise someone actually answered my call, a person, not automated or call center! My call was answered by Wendy & she was amazing! She very quickly put me at ease & reinsured me I was in good hands! She scheduled a service call that same day! The worker came out made an assment & was able to get the repair done that same day!! He did a great job & repaired the leak!! I can't express the gratitude enough for Wendy taking care of me, & saving me the frustration & worry that I had because I couldn't get a person to answer the phone! I had left messages on vm & through call centers for other roofing companies & after hours never received any responses!! Thank you Wendy, you have very valuable customer service skills & I appreciate everything you did for me! I will definitely recommend your company to my friends & family!!!!

Aaron from Paul Bange roofing came out to verify whether I had a leak or not! Showed him the stain inside. He thought it was from condensation from the air conditioner. I had recently had a lot of work done in the house and had the doors open in the air running so it did make sense went up in my attic and investigated and confirmed that it was NOT a roof leak!! How honest!! Thanks AARON!!!!

My initial contact with Paul Bange Roofing occurred in November, 2020 after we saw a leak in our garage ceiling. Josh came out the next day to check out the area, etc... Ultimately, there was no repair done because the roof repair guys could not find a leak. The honesty of the team resonated with me and I made a mental note to keep Paul Bange Roofing in mind for any future roof issues. Fast forward to Mach 2024. We had experienced heavy rainfall and sure enough the garage leak reared its head again. I gave Paul Bange Roofing a call and Josh came out to check the area again and we chose to do an entire roof replacement with this company. Josh was really good to work with and he made himself readily available for questions. The entire process was seamless and the Paul Bange team was great to work with.

I would really like to thank Rob for coming out to my home in Weston and using his miracle hands to remove an ugly mildew stain left behind from a recent roof leak. In less than 30 minutes he was able to bring beauty back to my bathroom. Thank you so much Rob for being so fast and efficient. I should have known better than pick a roof company that is based out of Broward to install my roof in Palm Beach. I asked if they worked north & said yes. Well, they definitely didn't have enough workers so they contracted outside help & it took weeks to finish. The office was so confused that they called me for payment when the shingles weren't even on. I told them & they were shocked even though I was calling almost every day for 4 weeks straight wondering why I just had the barrier on. They said they were backed up every time. Finally I guess because they were asking for payment they sent one small man who hardly spoke English & his helper was his 13 year old son! I felt bad that these 2 were out there in the summer heat for 3 days all by themselves!! Don't use them in WPB they will forget you until they want to get paid. Family used Paul Bange a long time ago, but I hear he retired now son running things so that explains why it's changed.

I called into their office and Tea answered the phone how can I make you smile and she did!! She was very nice and then sent John out and he showed up on time and was very knowledgable. He was really honest and instead of selling me a new roof he told me that it could be repaired and was not time to replace it. The guys that came to repair my roof were also really nice and very neat. I will recommend Paul Bange Roofing to everyone I know! GREAT JOB!!

Had my roof completed about 5 years ago & I'm extremely satisfied w/it. I'm also a member of their OCC program which includes an annual inspection of the roof. Before my roof was installed I've had the pleasure of working w/John Kenney who has also inspected my roof every year thereafter. Just want to acknowledge his professionalism, sincerity, & genuine concern & care for not only my roof but me as a customer. It's becoming difficult to find that level of customer service anymore. I hope he'll always be assigned to inspect my roof as long as I own my home. I give him "10" stars out of 5 for going above & beyond w/his customer service!!! Thank you John!
