Front desk person who answered the phone had a really bad attitude, she didn’t have good customer service, really akward did not help at all.

I took my daughter to get her nails done she work hard to get that $75 for nails and they did a really bad job. The lady told her that the color she wanted was not gonna work an totally change what my daughter wanted in her nails then she made her nails look so sharp when they were supposed to be oval. I wish I can put a picture here to show :/ for the first time not a great first experience.

I am not super picky about where I get my toes done, but this was the worst pedicure I have ever received. there was nothing wrong with the service itself, other than that the guy didn't ask me how short to cut my nails or anything, I would have liked them a bit shorter. he left my gel nails (that I paid $50) for somewhat wet. I trusted that they were dry because he felt them and said they were dry, but now I have hairs all stuck in my toenails. honestly I'm not that girl to go back and tell them to fix it so I made an appointment somewhere else, but I will not be back here!
