Horrible place!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE! 0 STARS

They are overpriced, takes forever for a small alteration and the quality and workmanship of said alteration is terrible.

There is no customer service and they nickle and dime for every detail. Brought my pant there for alteration and they handle my white pants with their dirty hands and don’t provide complimentary press and clean.

I have used this cleaner for a while because of its convenient location. However, I've noticed frequent changes in ownership, and while I've had minor issues with my clothing in the past, I didn’t think much of it—until I got my cashmere sweater back, only to find it had shrunk significantly. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to take responsibility for the damage. If you care about your clothing, I strongly recommend you consider taking your business elsewhere.

Used this dry cleaner out of convenience since it’s nearby. Haven’t had any issues until I dropped off some cashmere sweaters and upon pick up one was totally shrunken to a child’s size sweater. I took the sweater back to figure out a solution the day after picking up and was told that they would keep my shrunken sweater and a manager would call me back in a few days to provide a solution. This was about a week before Christmas and it’s been just today that after back and forth communication with several employees (no manager had ever owned up to the mistake) they have given me a “refund” of $50 for my $115 cashmere sweater. Will never bring anything back...read full review
