after losing a company tablecloth twice... I finally was able to pick it up when it was found... They still charged me full price after having it lost for months... I explained to the lady at the counter how this was not a good look for business, and she responded with "well then maybe you can find another dry cleaner that's more responsible" i surely will not be returning

This cleaners always had an excuse about why my cleaning was late broken machine etc. I sent my dress slacks back 4 times due Hunter Cleaners couldn't get the crease in the right direction place. Horrible Cleaners.

I took a shirt to get alteration and was told that saturday I would receive my item back. When I called in to ask what time on Saturday I was told Monday and I let them know that would be too late to please give me my item and credit my debit card back. I was told they do not do any refund only credit per the manager WENDY. I ask to speak with the owner but she refused to disclosed that information.After looking the company up on sunbiz.org their license the company is not recognized. I also look the company up in the department of business and professional regulation and there's no company matching such name. I will be filling a complaint with them and also report them...read full review
