I have nothing but the highest praise for Emerson Plumbing. When my toilet would not flush, I called Emerson Plumbing. The person on the phone took my information and scheduled a visit to my house quickly, politely and professionally. He was very understanding of my situation as a senior citizen and gave me a senior citizen discount which was far better than reasonable pricing. He told me when the workers could be expected to be there and that someone would call or text me when they were on their way. They did exactly that. These guys are honest. Someone else tried to charge me for an entire new shower valve and I had a feeling it wasn’t necessary. I brought Emerson plumbing in, let them assess, and they were honest and told me what really needed to be done which was very simple.
After the experience I had with Gedison Nunes at Emerson Plumbing in West Palm Beach, I had to share this.
Gedison re-piped my water heater with brand new copper piping, and the level of craftsmanship was honestly impressive. You can tell right away when someone actually takes pride in their work, and Gedison absolutely does. He was extremely detail-oriented and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly instead of rushing through the job.
