We used Dan Olson's AC two years ago to replace our unit. They had a good rating on Google and the best price that we found (not that we purchase purely on price cause you get what you pay for). Installation went smoothly and they even troubleshot an issue over the phone on a Friday afternoon as my tenants were not familiar with the unit. Just had an issue and the tech was sent out within two days as my unit turned off and the house was at 82 degrees. Didn't charge us for the visit as it seems we never used our first year free maintenance visit and I thought that was very generous of them. We’ve used Dan Olson’s AC service for 10+ years and my husbands family have been customers for even longer. Their service is fast and reliable and the work is honest and meticulously done. They’re 100% the reason our AC made it 19 years. Our AC went out last week and literally 7 days later (including Memorial Day) they replaced our whole system. The work was fast and comprehensive and they left our AC closet in way better shape than it was. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, we will be customers for life and you will too if you give them a try!
