“I recently used YaVel Roofing and Construction to replace the roof on my townhouse. The roof replacement was mandated by my Homeowners Association and each homeowner was allowed to hire whoever they wanted. I vetted over a half-dozen companies and ultimately went with YaVel Roofing and its owner, LeVay Smith. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice. First, let’s talk about price. A good rule of thumb with projects like this is to not hire the most expensive company, but also be wary of the least expensive company. LeVay came in with an extremely fair price (on the lower end, too) and after discussion, assured me he would not go over the estimated cost.
