Walmart Vision & Glasses

The vision center at the Lake Wales Walmart really did an amazing job. I was in need of a new optometrist and I am so glad I scheduled an appointment here.
The receptionist/optical tech who checked me in and did my pre-eye exam was very nice and professional.
Then I saw Dr Mark and I can not say enough good things about him. He was very easy to talk to, gentle and informative. I would rate Dr Mark the best eye exam I’ve ever had.
Kevin was also a highlight when it came to picking out glasses. He was very kind, helpful and patient. Thank you to Dr Mark and the Lake Wales optometry team. I appreciate your hard work. You all have been wonderful.

Melisa helped my family order glasses and another day to get those glasses fit to each person's face just right. We had five pair of glasses for four people. Melisa was very calm, friendly, and fantastic at adjusting each person's glasses several times until they fit just right. I have been to other places where they would be overwhelmed by all the different people needing things at the same time. Melisa handled everything we needed each time we came to the Walmart Vision Center with quality customer service and excellence. Sandra was a wonderful associate of the vision center and she ordered me and picked out these really nice costa sunglasses and they got delivered quick and fast and she was very nice and kind to me
