My folks (90 yrs old) just Love Kenley Pierre-Louis. He always 'Makes their Day' whenever they see him! Recently however we lost our Dad and I wanted to give special thanks to Lorraine, who showed so much kindness & compassion . . .went above & beyond, reaching out to the nursing home and recommending us to Hospice, when we needed more help than we could find, and even made follow up calls to see how we were doing! Through her efforts, his last days with us were as good as could be . . . a very sad but special time and we will never forget her thoughtfulness.
Today was my first appointment. I was so very pleased with the way that I was treated. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They all cared about me. Dr. Pierre was a joy. He is thorough and I truly think he cares about my health. He wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. That is so important to me. The staff were all friendly to me and to each other. They all seemed to be happy working there. That is nice to see. I can not give them enough praise! They were all fantastic! I am so glad that I changed to their office. Thank you all!
Dr. Kinley is very concerned about how long his patients have to wait in the waiting room always asking how long. I have been to almost 100 doctors and most are good but never had one been concerned about my time til now. When talking with Dr. K, ( yes he's a PA but he Dr. to me) he doesn't rush, he's not there for chit chat as there are others waiting however doesn't rush you.He's always making sure I understand everything.I have recently had a bad experience when talking to a staff member about a refill over the phone ( she was not a nurse) she was very short and curt to me as I stayed calm.
