My wife, daughter and I met with Mario and briefly met with Pedro who was also in the office. We were greeted, felt welcomed right away as we walked in.

Mario was thorough in his presentation, stopped for questions and was a great listener. He was attentive and asked questions to get to know what we were looking for.

The home and property tour was great. The product and home plans have so much to offer. The use of space, the design center, the incentives and amenities were on point.

We'll be back.

I know different people have different expectations. When they're going to purchase a home and such a big responsibility for everyone. But I tell you one thing, Mario, and the staff there at KB made me feel really, really good and they were transparent with everything I needed to get my score up to be able to purchase this home. But him and cliff and Tyler peppers from KB mortgage helped me. So much and I thank the Lord above for their wisdom and their experience to help me get through this again.

We feel beyond blessed to have found our dream home! There’s nothing like waking up every morning to this beautiful view right in our own backyard.
