Said he needed $2,000- $1,000 to pay the engineer to get started immediately whom he didn’t even pay, and $1,000 for mobilization and materials which he did not buy or provide. After we had discrepancies with missing money on a quote he gave us, then him mysteriously finding the missing $13,000 and adding about another $26,000... we felt uncomfortable about the situation. We then looked him up on Google, Facebook, and BBB and found horrible reviews that we wished we saw before even speaking to him. He was fired and we requested our money. He is now ignoring us and will not return the money. Now we have to take legal action to get our money back. Wish I had read the reviews...

we hired this contractor for a 203k Renovation which is a FHA mortgage loan. He was to coordinate all the workers and make sure they got paid. He signed a contract with the lender agreeing to this. He coordinated with the plumber, insulation person, drywall, tile and the flooring people. I coordinated the rest and he was to pay them. He got half the money upfront and was to get the balance at the end. Needless to say he could not pay for the appliances, painting of the inside and outside and some other things. So I put the money out for those. So our daughter could move into her house. He has had the final check for months now and we nor the electrician has seen any money. I have called him several times and texted him. He is a liar and a cheat! Do not hire him! His name is Bob Mishael.
