Pros: Great Prices, nice facility, clean Cons: Unfriendly, uninviting staff greeting first time clients. Phones not managed. Here’s a fair assessment. Calling took some effort. Couldn’t get through to make appointment. Phones were not working, but got through late afternoon on Thursday for a Friday appointment. Arrived at appointed time, very busy, took us quickly. My technician was gruff, seemed put off, went very fast, cut my toenails too short using pinchers instead of a nail clipper, applied nail polish hurriedly, smudges aplenty and annoyed when asked to fix. Husband’s tech was good, no complaints. Will give them another try next month. Maybe it was a one off thing.
Today was my first time at Lee Nails and was wonderful. Clean and relaxing, good massage chairs and Andy did a great job on my dip nails, and Tiffany did a great job on my pedicure will definitely be back soon!
