We had appointments made 2 months in advance. The day of appointment they called us and “Cancel” us? Said the Dr. didn’t show up? We had to reschedule (which ended up being another month later. Showed up at that appointment to find building locked and no one inside. Called them - “NO ANSWER”!!! WHO DOES THAT & what kind of business is that?

Worst dentist I've ever been to. Went 1 time and have never been back! He is rude, understaffed, made me wait a long time without apology and is condescending. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give him zero stars I would, because he didn't even earn the one!

I went in to see about getting dentures. The staff was friendly but Dr Kinnunen was very abrupt and just said he would not help me. said I needed an oral surgeon because he Woolf not pull the teeth and walked out on meterrible chairside mannerBev K.
