I hired them to inspect a home I am wanting to buy. They took there time with me and answered any questions I had as we together went all over the house. They know what they are doing and do it very well. I would hire them again.
Really nice people who do a good job. They always pick up the phone and have a southern type hospitality. I'm an investor and have used them several times. I do not use anyone else....
They missed that the electrical panel was wired wrong with the neutral and the ground connected to the same box. One of the breaker was bad and started sparkling. Sprinkler system not all workibg. Central vacuum was not working because the part that holds the tank in the garage was broken. Washing machibe sensor was broken. Dishwasher soap and light not workibg. Stove smooth service cracked in two places. They are very nice but still made mistake on the report too.
