This place is my sanctuary that has saved me from chronic pain and changed my way of using movement to heal my body. I’ve been working with Walter for two years now. It’s helped me tremendously on many different levels. I can’t say enough about Walter, Bobby and Cameron. A hidden treasure of Palm Beach County!
I highly recommend Walter as a personal trainer, physical therapist with a focus on posture. His program uses physical position and motion to align the spine and improve posture, which helps to eliminate or reduce the risk of bodily injury and minimize any pain.
Walter understands anatomy and his knowledge of how everything God fearfully and wonderfully made in me connects to the whole body is impressive. We met remotely for eight months; at each monthly meeting Walter introduced a new routine designed to address my challenges and to help me reach our collective goals.

Bobby is a great massage therapist!!! My wife and I always arrange a visit when we are in town. She has also taken advantage of Walter’s expertise. Improving her body alignment.
